Discount for total PO

Is there any way to give a discount to that total value of a PO.

I tried at header level but its distributing it evenly to the line items.I donu2019t want this to happen.

Assume

Item 1 is 3500 BD

Item 2 is 1500 BD

As a whole for 5000 BD there should be a discount without affecting the line items.

Pls let me know.

It looks like you want to print discount seperately in PO print. If this is what you are looking for, then simply ask ABAPER to do programming in such as way that discount to be printed after all line items, so that it will be printed as follows:

Item 1 is 3500 BD

Item 2 is 1500 BD

______________

Discount 100 BD

______________

Total 4900 BD

==============

This is technically possible.

May be business requirement is exists for this requirement in your scenario, but usually a discount on purchase order means discount on material price which you place order.

You order certain value of material and vendor given discount on this purchase activity. So, obviously the value of the item is changed and the original price should be reduced upto the limit of discount offered by vendor. This will effect the material valuation, stock valuation, payment transactions.

As a whole for 5000 BD there should be a discount without affecting the line items.

As far as I know, Without affecting line items and discount should be calculated not possible.

This is a Service item(Non Stock).Is there a way for this without affecting the Line item.
