In transaction f9b1, when I try to change the posting date to current year I am getting a hard error "In bank area IHC - error in determination of next posting date (basis 09/28/2009)".
I am encountering the same error as you encountered a while back. Can you please let me know how to overcome the error "In bank area IHC - error in determination of next posting date" when trying to set the posting cut-off date (T-Code: F9B1)
Normally this error comes because the Calendar assigned to your Bank area has a validity date (To date) which is before current date. Go and extend the validity date of the calendar and you will not see this error message.
