Hi all

I looked into: Administration > System initialization > General Settings > Inventory Tab..under Serial Number and Batch section

i selected Serial Number in the drop down.

I made the proper settings

but I can always create twice Serial Number.

Note: Items with serial numbers are not sold or bought

What u mean by twice serial number ?

Confirm on the serial number screen which pops is having serial number field as First Field. Some time it may Manufature no.

This should not be the case actually, which version you are working on, your settings may be right this could be inconcistensy of DB

I suggest you to log a message directly to SAP
