CK11n Error

Hello experts,

when I tried to cost a material using CK11n, I got an error that says "*No suitable or valid production version found"*

How to get rid off this error and cost successfully?

Dear Venkat,

Check whether have you assigned any production version say for Eg: 0001 or PV01 like description in the costing1 view of

that particular material master.If you have assigned means first check whether is there any production version for that material

in MRP4 view by clicking the production version icon or else in C223.If there is no production version means remove the value

assigned in the costing1 view and check once again in CK11N.

If you have more than one production version and if you want to cost a particular production version then either you can

assign that directly in the costing 1 view or else manually in the quantity structure tab page of CK11N,once after entering the

material,plant,costing variant,dates.

so check with this and revert back.

You cannot set the production version indicator manually in the material master,once after creating a prod version the system

sets this indicator.

Hi

Production version is a combination of BOM and Routing. Please do the following,

(1) Check in CS03 (BOM) and CA03 (Routing), that valid BOM and Routing existis.

(2) Go to MM03, MRP4 view and see if Version Indicator Check-Box is checked. If it is, then production version has been created and there maybe something wrong with it. If not, then you need to create a production version.

(3) Click on Production Version and define the production version. If it already exists, select, the production version and see its details. Verify that the Check Status is GREEN.

You should check MRP4 view of material master, whether the field "version indicator" is checked or not. If checked then you need to create a production version for this material. If Production version is not relavent then go to mm02 and uncheck it and save the material master and run ck11n again.

Check if the lot size of production version falls in the same range as routing lot size.
