Hi Experts,

We have implemented ESS and it was working fine till yesterday. However today when employees are trying to edit or create new record under Family Members/ Dependent and Personal Data its giving the below mentioned error.

A critical error has occured. Processing of the service had to be terminated. Unsaved data has been lost.

Please go through following notes;

SAP Note 936179 Reuse of country specific Applications.

SAP Note 953852 Best Fits selection for re-using country specific service

Also make sure you had maintained the correct use case for subtypes;

Please do check further infotype customizing setting as following steps

T_cd:SE24 >>CL_HRPA_PERNR_INFTY_XSS >> CHECK_USECASE_WITH_CONSTRAINT >>

for

usecase = A1, A4, B1, B4 (table V_T7XSSPERSUBTYP)

you need to have

zeitb = '1' OR zeitb = '2' (table V_T591A)

for

usecase = A2, A3, A5, B2, B3, B5

you need to have

zeitb = '2'

for

usecase = A6, B3

you need to have

zeitb = '3'

also check that in the PA30 its working fine....

Please also check PA30 ---> Employee PERNR infotype 0105 is assigned to an active SAP user which is not locked

and has the required authorizations

Please also check you are operating a required stack as per www.service.sap.com/sp-stacks

and https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/ERPHCM/HOWTOGETRIDOFSPSTACKMISMATCHISSUES

If the problem continues - perhaps you changed the time constraint or use case of 0002 or 0021 in

V_T7XSSPERSUBTYP and V_T591A, V_T582A - please check the same entries in client 000
