Master Data for service desk

Do you know except for Business partner and IBASE, is there any other master data for service desk ?

Can IBASE automatically created or it has to be created manually?

If you want to generate IBase components automatically when you create or change systems in the SMSY, you need to maintain the customizing entry in the DNO_CUST04.

Field Name: IB_GEN_AUTO

Description: Automatic IBase Generation

Field Value: X

IBase can also be created manually thru IB51 Txn.

Hi,

IBase can be created automatically for a solution or system. For solution: DSWPSelect your solution>Edit-->Initial Data Transfer for iBase.

For System: Txn IB_GEN. Select your system.

If you want to create manually, you can use IB51.Also, you can use IB52 and IB53 for changing and displaying the iBase.

Rajeev
