Hi,
When deleting existing operations from an order, the components from the BOM are getting deleted. Is there any way in which the deletion can be avoided so that we do retain the components and can manually go ahead and enter a operation.

I got around the question. You need to reassign the components to a new operations and the components do not get deleted.
can u explain in details.
i am sure if you delete the operation it will delete the assignment for the component but i am doubtful it will delete the component.
can you please explain in details abt this.
