Error while adding VIRSA add on

Dear Experts,

I am doing upgrade from SAP 4.7 110 to SAP ECC EHP4. Its not taking VIRSA package which was accepted from 4.7 to ECC6 in sandbox. Its giving as a prerquisite for SAP_APPL but in stack xml file I have provided till 604. Please give me some solutions. I am stuck.Please find the log file below . SPAM/SAINT uodated to 35
