Hi Gurus
When I perform a "Transfer to CRM" from the E-Mail Inbox in the WEB UI, the "Reference" drop down list has numerous values:
Activity, Campaign, Compliant and Return, etc.
How can I limit the contents of this Drop Down list.

Hello,
Usually when you transfer email to CRM, you create transaction type 0004 (or something like that), am I right?
In standard delivery this transaction type is assigned "object reference profile" ACT_SUBSEQ. If you are not using this profile, then find out which one is relevant in your case.
Then, adapt this profile to suit your needs here:
SPRO >> CRM >> Transaction >> Settings fro service transaction >> Define object relationship profile.
