Hi,

You could run an early watch alert report yourself on the server.

how many DIA work processes you running.

Hello,

The best idea for the moment is to do an analysis yourself of your Solution Manager.

Good starting point is transaction ST03N where you can see average response times over the last weeks and days.

In ST03N you can also consult detailed reports.

Based on the average response times in ST03N try to find out in ST03N if it is a CPU bottleneck or database problem.

Afterwards go in detail with ST03N to find which reports or transactions have poor response times.

Look also for SAP Notes based on the tcodes/programs with poor performance.

There are also a lot of roadmaps and whitepapers explaining how to troubleshoot performance issues in SAP.

Success.

Hi, could you post your HW for that server. Also, did you upgrade the system lately?. The AVG response times are really high and I don´t think this system (per DB size) is new so probably you did a system copy to different HW or and upgrade as already mentioned.

You could ask SAP for an Early Watch service also so they could give you the correct parameter values.
