Capacity Req. not showing as it is.

Dear All,

I gave 24 Hrs clock in Capacity tab of work Center, with 3 Hrs break, and available capacity as 18 (labor) for 3 shifts.

Operating time 16.80

Capacity utilization 80%

No. of indiv. cap. 18

Available Capacity 302.40 HR,

When I Run MRP with u201CLead Time Scheduling and Capacity Planningu201D,

For Order Quantity 16 Pc, I get scheduled Time as 256 Hr, and Planned dates over above 10 days.

When I check Capacity on work Center in CM01, it shows 16.80 Hrs as Capacity Req.

And 302.40 Hr as available capacity, so it consumes only 5%. And the dates are as over a week. No Other Orders are booked over this work Center,

In Routing the time given for one article is processed by 2 labors for 8 hrs , hence 16 Hrs, as system calculates 302 Hrs of capacity available,

Please tell me where am I going wrong,

My available capacity is 302 hr

And System only picks up the clock time of operation in capacity req. i.e. 16.80 hrs.

Please suggest
