Crystal Report Server 10 install problem on Windows Server 2008 64 Bit

After installing I got an error stating that the Crystal Report Application Server could not start. When I try to manually start it I get the following error:"

Windows could not start the Crystal Application Server service on [ServerName].

Error 1075: The dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion.

Help please.

Only version 12.x is supported on Windows Server 2008.
