Notification closed & put in process

Hi,

Created one notification. Malfunction start & end are mentioned. Breakdown duration is calculated as 2 hrs.

Closed the notification since it takes 10 hrs to fully carry out the job. After 2 days again

opened the notification. Worked for 8 hrs.Again malfunction start & end are mentioned. System calculated

duration as 8 hrs. But in Breakdown analysis system shows only 8 hrs (latest one). Not showing the old one

2 hrs.

Everything is carried out in the same notification

Client requirement is 8+2 = 10 hrs.

Pls suggest your views.

Hi

Narasimha comments is true, As your again doing the breakdown mainteance, so you need to adjust manually start date of malfuction and end date of malfuction to get actual brakdown hours.

Thanks Venu & Krish,

I changed Malfunction start & end manually then only i got 8 hrs as duration.

My concern is i'm not getting old one 2 hrs in breakdown analysis report.

System is overwriting 2 hrs & only 8 hrs the latest one is available,

Client asks for old duration as well as latest duration ie 2 hrs + 8 hrs

In report on 08.12.2009 2 H

on 09.12.2009 8 H

Pls suggest how to get this

You will have to manually adjust the breakdown time to 10 hrs.
