Zero downtime while intializing 2lis_13_vditm

Hello BW Experts,

wondering if there is any scenario to intialize (including the filling of setup tables) and pulling the history data to BW without any downtime or locking of users.

Let me know if i have missed anything in the below procedure while loading the data to ODS.

1) do a init without datatransfer from BW side

2) start the filling of setupt tables

3) do a delta
