Hello, I am trying load cost around Project using the 0CO_OM_WBS_6 datasource. I am storing this data in the 0COOM_C02 cube. When I run the report in BW to see the cost around a Project, it's showing the opposite amout of what R/3 shows. For example, r/3 transaction shows $9,000 (positve) and BW will show $9,000 - (negative). Do you know why this is happening? In R/3, I am using the transaction S_ALR_87013532.
Am I using the wrong datasource for getting cost around Project?
Thanks.
Hi Sam,
The datasource transfers correct values and is being used by thousands of companies.
I guess that maybe S_ALR_87013532 uses reverse sign or something - it might depend on the column header and many other things. Did you try to change the sign setting for the key figure in the query designer? If you set it as "Reverse Sign" is your BW report correct?

Hi
Check in CJ* Tcodes in TSTC Table and use the requred TCode.
Eg: CJ30 like that.
Thanks

Hi Surendra,
I want to understand how the Keyfigure "SWG"(Amount) is fetching data from "WKG" "WOG" "WTG".
Is SWG the total of values "WKG" "WOG" "WTG" ?
For example:
"WKG= 10,000.00
"WOG=13,529.00
"WTG"= 13,529.00.
The value should be 37058 but it is taking only "13,529.00". from table COVP

Please let me know what is the calculation behind it .
Thanks,
Bobby.
Hi Sam,
Have you done a check extractor in the RSA3 T-Code in R3? Do you see also a negative value?
Did you see the mapping in the Update Rule or Transformation? is it a direct mapping?
Take a look to the extractor [0CO_OM_WBS_6|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/EN/27/3d4acd8ae7574f8de1f72e100d16f6/frameset.htm], there you can see each field from what tables are coming, and what it is the relationship.

Hi Sam,
Have you try using T-Code CJI3 in R3 to tie out the data?
Anyway, I think it is the correct datasource, I checked in help of SAP, there is other datasoruce, this one provides more data (plan, actual and commitment). Take a look to the links below, and try to see the tables from the datasource extract the information.
0CO_OM_WBS_1 WBS Elements: Costs
This DataSource provides all costs and quantities (plan, actual, and commitment) of the WBS element

0CO_OM_WBS_6 Actual Cost Line Items (DELTA)
This DataSource provides the actual costs and actual quantities of the WBS element.
