Delete categorization schema

Dear Guru's,

I am using crm 7.0.i had created a categorization schema and released it,today it is in the active status.unfortunately i need to add another level to the hierarchy .

Now i am not able to edit the existing schema or delete and create a new one with new version..I tried creating a new version ,which is also not allowing me to create,since "schema overlaps to Subject profile"

Please let me know how to delete the schema which is already deployed or any alternative.

Hi,

As per the Standard SAP you cannot delete the Schema which is in active state. Only thing what you can do is create a new version of the schema and do the changes.

But incase you get the error overlap schema then try to change the end date of the schema then this should work.

Note: Only Schemas which are in Draft stage can be delted.
