Not able to activate process chain

Folks,

I recently have transported the new process chain into QUAL system.

I have problem to activate this new process chain even we have click at

the "checks" and "activate" icons.

I dont see any error occur during activation,

We had our QUAL system three months ago. hence, not sure any of

this refresh related/ impact the process chain activation

Any hint pls or someone has faced similar issue

Try activating it using the FM RSPC_CHAIN_ACTIVATE_REMOTE

  Just quickly I found the FM in SE37 however need to know the below input fields in test mode of FM
  
  I_CHAIN is it CHAIN ID?
  I_PERIODIC
  I_NO_AUTHORITY

    I_CHAIN = chajn name. The other parameters are optional.

      Hi,
      
      This FM helped to check if we can trigerr the chain or not.
      in my case I could triger the same via FM but not from scheduling icon.
      
      Also what if the chain in not getting trigerred even via FM
      
      What does it mean?
      Any idea?
