Hi all! I am have already created a pay grade structure , can anyone tell me how do i asssign the pay grade structure to employees? thanks in advance!
Hi,
Maintain the values for pay grade type and area in table V_001P_C and assign the values to PA and PSA.
Then default the type and area under TARIF feature by giving a value.
In IT 0008, if it reflects as Payscale with Type and area... change it to Salary using Edit -> Change Remuneration Type and it would reflect the Pay Grade contexts.

You can use Job - Maintain Planned Compensation to that job, and it will be defaulted in IT0008 or you can use TARIF feature

You can do this by using the feature "TARIF" by assigning the values under employee sub group.
