LX23 for Q stock category

Former Member

Hi,

I have a discrepancy between WM and IM in a stock with Q category.

More precisely, I have WM stock with Q and no IM stock.

LX23 is not working since I can only book from Q stock to unrestricted use via QM module. Since there is no inspection lot I can do nothing.

Any ideas?

If I've haven't explained properly, please let me know.

Best Regards,

André Costa

Hi,

0. Based on what you think you have discrepancy?

1. Are all your PCNs in WM processed? (LU04)

2. Are all your TRs in WM processed? (LB10)

3. Are all your TRs confirmed? (LT22)

What can you see in LX23, does this report show the difference?

(Please also check OSS note 535043 about LX23)

Hi Csaba,

If I get to (i.e.) LX03 or LS26 I can see stock with Q, at MMBE I see no stock at all.

Every posts and change notices have been completed.

At LX23 this difference appears, and batch-input folder is created. When I process it, an error message is shown saying that posting to QM only allow at QM module...

Hey

May I ask how did you proceed after applying the OSS note, the batch input creates new inspection lots and how did you proceed after giving usage decisions to those newly created lots?

Hi Dogan,

I'm not sure if i've got your point.

I gave the usage decision and posted all quantity to unrestricted use.

What is your problem more specifically?

Hi,

I have the same problem like André Costa, with the difference that I have WM stock with Q and IM stock.

In LX23 appears the same quantity in IM like in WM, but the WM stock with Q. Can I apply OSS note 83954?I don´t know if I create an inspection lot add stock to MM or how does it works?

regards,

Apu
