hi
am triggering the standard apprisal workflow WS12300122 its triggering mail to all .In the workflow log i have checked in the task it is coming as all users can process the task.
but i want the mail should trigger to only one person.
how to restrict this,,

Please check the agent assignment.
if there is no egent and if the task is genereal then it will be sent to all.
Jus try hadcoding your user id and check.
Hi,its a standard one..so we cant assign the agent its getting agent from the rule-fm
simulate rule if it applies to your requirement. If not, replicate the standard then add the changes so it will be inclined to your requirement.

Test the rule separetly in PFAC by giving the right input and see you are getting values.
