Depreciation Run -- No Postings possible in Fiscal Year 2009

Hello All,

I am trying to close Asset Year 2009.

Asset depreciation posting run AFAB, with Un-planned depriciation. when I run AFAB it gives an error message saying "No posting possible in Fiscal year 2009"

Diagnosis -- No Positng is possible in fiscal year 2009 specified. The fiscal year specified differs by more than a year from the fiscal year in which the last postings were perfromed.

When i run AJAB,

It gives me an message saying "000000013849-0000 Depreciation not posted completely"

How to solve this issue.

Hi Raghuram,

Please check year end closing done in FY 2008.

Hi

When we checked there are asset postings (Retirement/scrapping), we have reversed all the postings (we have only two postings for 1$ each). now when we executed Asset Year end change successfully.

Hi,

Please recalculate depreciation for FY 2008. See table TABA to find out the month till which actual depreciation has been posted.

Hi,

It seems the asset 000000013849-0000 is not maintained completely . Check master data for the given number. Fill all the required entry and rerun the depreciation for this asset only for the last depreciation run.
