QUOTA NUMBER UPDATION THROUGH LSMW

Hi Friends,

In time management, we have an absence quota as 90 for CPL. I was trying to upload the opening balances effective 01/01/2010 through LSWM but the quota number is getting updated as 0(Zero) even though there is a value in the lsmw file. I even tried manually updating the same, but without any success. I feel that field is not editable for this particular absence type. But for other absence quota types as SL and HL, I have been able to upload the O/B through LSMW.

Can you pl tell as to where in Config should I check for this so that the "quota number" field can be made editable for this particular absence type.

Hi

Check in the table V_556A_B (Permit Generation of Quotas in Time Evaluation)

• change the selection from Increase to No generation*

after uploading set back Increase. it will solve your problem

Please check your customization in Time Management -- Time data Administration --- Managing time account using Attendance / Absence

In this please check the quota accrual configuration. I think you did any mistake in this.

Hi,

you'll have to upload the quota numbers in IT2013 - Quota Corrections.

While running Time Evaluation, you need to incorporate a rule which transfers the value of IT2013 to IT2006.
