PO release table

Hi All,

We have a Tab in PO header Release strategy. This tab contains name of approver. I need to extract a report, where there are Po number & its corresponding approver's name.

Could anyone please advice how i can generate such reports.

go to Se16n ,take EKPO- Purchase order header table , there you can take release group and release statergy for respective purchase order document number and take same release group and release statergy ,apply in Table- T16FS you can get the Release code (approver), if you knows the sqvi you can join the both tables and exsicute.

You have to check the EKKO -PO header table .Check for the release status,release strategy
