overall relese for PR

Hi,

Following setting has done for the PR release

1.overall relase for doc type

2. Overall relase for Release group

And all setting has done in set up procedure and system shows that no error re requisns. w. overall release but while creating PR Release strategy is not triggering

Is there any setting has to maintain?

Relese procedure is main depend on the Characterstics &Class.

can u re check the price value also. most of the time s give problem in price.

when u enter price with space and gretan than symbol ext.....

• Relese procedure u cant Transport DEVELOP 100 to PRODUCTION.

u need to create again directly in Production.

Hi,

the plant information is on item level in the PR.

During the overall release, the system takes into account only

the characteristics that are identical for all items.

If, for example, item 10 of a purchase requisition contains

plant 001 and item 20 contains plant 002, the

plant is set to BLANK for the strategy determination.

Please check the FAQ notes 365604 and 493900.

Release procedure also depends on how you are maintaing characterstics.

may be net order value, plant, purchase organisation, doucment type etc

If you are maintaing one or more than one characterstics then all charecterstics should be satisfied. Other wise release strategy will not trigger. please check your settings once

for second one maintain charecterstic for required document type

Please check your Value assignments in classification inside rel. stg details , For each stg you have defined the corressponding values must also be there as an mpty field stops triggering the stg during PR creation.

Hi,

Check the document type of the PR. The Overall release of PR indicator should be checked.

If that is done, try to delete the strategy defined and recreate again.
