Sales employee base table

Dear experts,

I want to create sales employee wise billing report . I dont know what is the base table for sales employee and how to link the sales employee field with vbrk or vbrp table. Please help me.

I have used vbpa table to link with vbrk . I dont know whether its correct. Please confirm. With which field I have to link vbrk and knvp table please confirm. I also dont know about how can i control the end users to view there sales office related data. I mean which objects we have to control as a basis guy so that we can giveauthorization with respect to sales office.

Hi,

You can acheive this by configuration as well,

Assign sales employee in customer master or in your sales order so that it is copied to billing as well,

now go to the following path IMG>Sales and Distribution>Sales Support>Lists>Set updating of Partner Index

Trans.group---- Function -

7(billing)----SE--

---

Sales employee

Now Goto T.code VF05 Press Partner function button

Choose SE (Sales Employee) from F4 help

now give your Sales Employee number and execute

you will get the list of your sales employee

Hi

KNVP is partner function table, you will get the sale employee details along with other partner functions ie sold to party, bill to party , payer etc

In VBRK - you can link with Payer or Sold to party
