Hello Experts.
I need your advice on the most efficient way to track an employee career in case of him working in two separate organisations that form one business group (different enterprise organizations).

Hi Tania,
Create two separate positions under both of the organizations and assign the personnel to these positions with the relevant percentage (so that the total percentage shall not exceed 100%).
You can do all via transaction PPOME.

you can trace the Employee based on the Actions or Action reason right if yes

Thank you very much for your swift reply! However, there are some infotypes (like qualifications, for example) that are not listed in this report - is there a way to add required infotypes to PAR1 so I could choose them to get full information on an employee out of one report (not only about his job details but also his professional qualities etc?
