    HI,

You can use Authorization object CRM_ORD_OR to restrict ECC Sale Order creation in PFCG role and assign to the user.

    Hello,

please be informed that authorization object CRM_ORD_PR will not be considered because

the reason is that you are creating ERP documents, hence the CRM

    authorization will not take place.

There is only one way to restrict the user to create specific

    ERP transactions:

You have to assigned the transaction types to the ERP profiles

like SALESPRO. Please verify the settings in

SPRO - CRM - Transactions - Settings for ERP Transactions Maintained

    - Define Profiles for ERP Sales Transactions

        • Please read the online doku from this customizing point ***

Here you can assign the doc.types to the erp profile. Only the assigned

types are offered when creating ERP docs.

Furthermore please consider the official statement for scenario (Lead-to-Cash)

    description in saphelp:

    http://help.sap.

    com/saphelp_crmscen70/helpdata/en/2d/a1b449108e435ab87347357fdbe499/fram

    eset.htm

    ....

CRM offers a user interface to maintain transactions (order, quotation,

quantity contract) directly in a connected ERP backend system. For this

scenario it is recommended to use a separate, trusted RFC connection

based on the current user. This makes it possible to set different

authorization levels for each user. Prerequisite are counterpart users

in ERP with the same ID and the above role assigned.

    ...

I hope this will help you.

    Regards

    Rene
