I guess the path mentioned in the Security guide you are referring to is wrong. I could find the IisProxy module under:
http://service.sap.com/patches -> SAP NetWeaver components ( < SAP NW 04 )-> SAP ENTERPRISE PORTAL -> SAP EP 6.0 ON WEB AS 6.20 -> Portal Server -> SAP J2EE Engine 6.20 -> #OS independent.
Have no answer to your second question.

today I've got response from OSS. They told me:
"You can use the version 1.6 provided for SP2 with SP7.The IisProxy is indepedent component and will actually work with other versions with no problems."

1. BP MDM APPLICATION 5.5
2. BP MDM TECHNOLOGY 5.5.
I don't find those files under :
Support Packages and Patches>> SAP NetWeaver>> SAP MDM>> SAP MDM 5.5>>Portal Content.
Where could I find it ?
What approval must I have to download them ?
