XL Reporter Error

Hi All

A client is getting this error when they try to open XL reporter or when trying to run any reports

Error starting excel. Cause: (Retrieve Excel Interface) Automation Error

Library not registered.

They on SAP 2007, PL 47, Excel 2003

Hi Jerusha,

When this kind of error occurred, you may not have many options but do a clean reinstall of the Client.

Hello

It seems the error comes from MS excel security setting.

but you should first check SAP Note and contact SAP support for this kind of incident processing.
