SAP B1 client installation on thin client

Hi,

Experts,

We tried to install SAPB1 client on a thin client server machine and it is working fine , but when we are trying to use the same client exe from the dump client machine we are facing the following error after logging into SAPB1.

It automatically creates a dmp file in c:\programfiles\sap\log folder and automatically comes out SAP software.

Your question looks confusing. What do you mean for We tried to install SAPB1 client on a thin client server machine and it is working fine. Is it on server or client?

B1 has to be installed on the client. Duplication of the exe file will not do the job.

Hi

We have installed SAP b1 client on thin client server and two machines are connected to that thin client server.

The SAP B1 clinet is working fine on thin client server ut when we try to run the SAP b1 clinet aplication on thi client node machine iti gives error , it automatically creates a dmp file in c:\programfiles\sap\log folder and automatically comes out SAP software

The OS for the thin clint server is XP .

SAP b1 2007 B

2 users are connected to the machine.

Pls. help me out from this

Hi

The "solution" depends on the current supported plataforms.

Any thin client that has access to a Citrix client or Terminal Server will allow to do that.

Hi,

Could you give me some information about that dump file, Some details are posted in the dump file.

What I could suggest is to have a clean installation for your XP OS or try it install to another unit before you install your client, install first the client on the server it self so that you can assure its working fine then install before you install remote or client.

- How the users connect to this machine?

- How many users connect to the same machine?
