Hi all,
We are facing a strange issue.
When the user creates a future dated mailing address record, saves it and goes back to the addresses overview screen, the label of the mailing address container is displayed as 'emergency address' instead of mailing address! So in case an emergency address record is already existing, and then the user creates a future dated mailing address, then in the overview screen the user sees two emergency address containers...one of which has the mailing address details! This happens only when we create future dated records.
Whereas in case of physical address, if we create a physical address record as of the current date, and then go back to the overiew screen, the label of the physical address container is also displayed as 'emergency address'.
We are unable to place the cause of this issue.
This is a high priority issue.
Any reponse will be highly appreciated!

your problem may be related to the configuration of use cases for infotype 6.
run SM30 for customizing object V_T7XSSPERSUBTY and make sure you have the following entries. If you don't, then please update as follows:
your country code, infotype 6, subtype 1, A1
your country code, infotype 6, subtype 5, A2

This is what we have currently maintained in V_T7XSSPERSUBTY -
Country code 10, infotype 6, subtype 1, A4
Country code 10, infotype 6, subtype 4, A5
Country code 10, infotype 6, subtype 5, A5
Is this okay?
Our requirement is that at any point of time atleast one mailing address record should exist, and it should be possible to create multiple mailing address records.
In the case of emergency (Subtype 4) and physical (subtype 5) we should be able to create multiple records.
The data is getting saved corectly in the backend. Only the field labels are changing.
Strangely though, when we preview the US address iview from under the 'content provided by SAP', this issue doesn't crop up, whereas if we preview the same US address iview from under our client specific portal content we get this issue.
