Using SSO when viewing a CR through on iView on the SAP NetWeaver Portal

I'm trying to achieve the following goal:

- View a CR through a iView on the SAP NetWeaver Portal.

- Constraints:

1. CR's are transported over the BW landscape and published to BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 SP 1 FP 1.9 after each transport tier

2. In this scenario, the only unique identifier for the report in all tiers is the BW_ID.

- We use the reportView.do viewer application page to call these reports as the OpenDocument function is not capable of handling the BW_ID.

When I execute the report this way SSO from portal to BOXI fails. When we use the CUID (when configuring the iView) of the report through the same interface SSO succeeds.

When it fails using the BW_ID an error message is received that the server is not found or may be down (FWM 01003) and the logon screen for InfoView is shown with all (SAP system and User account) details. When the password is given the report loads.

Is it possible to use SSO in combination with the BW_ID?

have the reports been published and have all parts of the publishing process been configured ?

Ingo ,publishing process is only for Live office and Qaaws right ,is BW publishing service required for all the Tools to be published for NW portal
