Tolerance limit

Hi

We have two users running a transaction. One user is able to successfully execute and the other is having some problem with the same.

I have checked the authorizations and both have the same authorizations...

Also checked for the Tolerance limits, and the user has the tolerance limit set same as the other user in OB57.

Is there any other place, where we assign the users ... any authorizations or tolerances .

Hi Srikanth,

What kind of transaction that your questioned user is not able to post.

Check the settings in OBA3, OBA4, OBA0, and OB57.

Most of the cases, the tolreance group key is created with BLANK code only.

Remove any entries in OB57 for the quesntioned user.
