Complaint reason not visible in WebUI

HI,

I configured a complaint transaction with a subject profile attached to it.

I am able to see a drop down of reason codes in GUI but the same cannot be viewed in WebUI.

Does anyone have any idea regarding this issue.Please help.

Hi PP,

You need to Define

1- Define a Catalog

2-Create Code Groups and Codes for Catalog

Then in SPRO under Setting for Complaints click on Define subject profile. Select your subject profile and assign Code Group profile and Code Groups
