SSO With Portal

Hi All,

I have done all the steps given in the "BusinessObjects XI Integration for SAP Solutions Installation and Administration Guide" pdf file. Our portal is on SSL and hence we are accessing the Crystal reports from portal using https protocol. I have entered following thing in our BI system for Crystal Enterprise Server

Host Name of Crystal Enterprise Server : bobjp.xxx.com

Path of Crystal Enterprise Server : /SA{

Protocol of Crystal Enterprise Server - http

When i assign it in a Portal role and accessing using http://www.xxxx.com than SSO with Portal Works fine. But when i am accessing through https://www.xxxx.com than SSO is not done and user needs to enter user name password.

Also we have configured SSL on our BOBJ server and than try to access but issue remains.

Please provide some solution.

Hi Ingo,

As you replied in mail i have also Raised an OSS message with "High" Priority but i got no reply from them and the end i have closed the message today. I will raise the OSS message with "Medium" Priority and wait for the reply. But still i didn't find the solution.
