Clock-In/Out Corrections - Unable to send request

Hi All

We are getting the message

No document created: HRTIM_ABS_REQ 022 Unable to send the request

Message no. HRTIM_ABS_REQ061

I am trying to test he same through the tcode PTCOR --> Test Application --> Create Corrections.

We have done the necessary configuration in Personal Management -> Employee Self Service -> Service Specific Setting -> Working time -> Clock-in/Out corrections.

I have declared the tasks as general task but do i need to do the same for the workflow template as well?

Yes, you need to even maintain the workflow task as general task....and make sure that you have used the same workflow template in the SPRO settings with respect to clockin and out corrections settings....

And you have make sure that in the SPRO settings the enable the check box Request needs to approved
