Hi,

I logged into CMC and I see the there are 2 Sessions, what constitute as a Session?

There are no other users as this is a new installation and has not been deployed yet to my end-users. I have not opened any other applications, only the CMC.

To my understanding, each login constitues a session. It is closed two ways

1. You explicitly log-out.

2. Session times out.

So if you just close your browser - your session is still active.

Hi,

Thanks. This informaton helps. However, I am still not sure why my Administrator login to CMC still counts as 2 sessions. Any ideas on this?

Restart your SIA. ( will kill all existing sessions)

Login in again to CMC

Check how many sessions are shown now.

Your Administrator session should consume only one connection. What patch level are you on and are you going through a Load Balancer/Proxy. Try disabling your proxy and see if that helps or bypass the load balancer.
