1) service desk with email alert

2) bpm

3_ change request managerment

4) root cause analysis

and all the funactinality of solution manager

how can i leanr and configure ?

For a basic overview of SSM you should start by following course SM100.

Afterwards, to learn more about Root Cause Analysis you can try for E2E100, in fact the whole E2E-series should help you.

Other then that there are a few books from SAP Press that might be helpfull.

Last but not least you should try the rkt-solman page on service.sap.com
