Product Description not available in the Catalog of front end.

Hi,

We are using ISA application and facing an issue that is, for a particular variant item (product catalog) the product description is not visible in the ISA application (web).

I checked the tables like COMM_PRSHTEXT for the description maintained and it seems fine.

Please do suggest..

hi,

After replication you clear the cache in the Webshop for catalog.

This also will solve many inconsistiency regarding webshop.

Thanks for the response. I did the initial replication and still the problem persist.

Before the initial replication, checked the status of

the Catalog header and even the item level every thing fine.

No idea on 'Clear Caches' We are using CRM 3.0 version

could you please suggest me the step by step procedure for the same?

or any link which helps me for this issue.

We are facing very frequently this catalog replication issue in the recent past.

hi,

To clear the cache open the url for b2b admin.(https://url:port/b2b/admin/index.jsp)

anc Click on u201CCatalog Cache Statisticsu201D, and hit remove and refresh

Do the same thing for B2C using the appropriate url for that.
