Link title not displaying properly in fact sheet

Hi experts,

I have an issue with fact sheet of BP here, the link titles, e.g. "Activities", "Account Billing Data", "Account Sales Data" etc are displaying like "BP_FACTSHEET0001", "BP_FACTSHEET0002"...

I checked configuration in IMG CRM->UI Framework->Fact Sheet->Maintain Fact Sheet. The descriptions and translation look fine.

Any suggestions for this?

Hi,

Beside the customizing in spro, it is possible to make changes to the title in bsp_wd_cmpwb configuration also, please check whether you are able to see the correct description in the available fact sheet view and assigned fact sheet view.

by the why, what CRM release you are on?

Hi,

Thanks for replying. We're using CRM 7.0.

I don't see any possibility for me to change the title in the component workbench. Can you provide more hints?

Hi,

bsp_wd_cmpwb, component = BSP_DLC_FS, view = factsheet,

click on configuration tab, select BP_ACCOUNT_FS for example, select your role configuration key,

next, and next

then you are able to see two column, left side, available, right side assigned.

at right side, if you select a line, you are able to change the title.
