ICF error when trying to access Reports in MSS

clicking on Reports tab in MSS brins up the following error message

Service cannot be reached

What has happened?

URL http://m2003176.civic.mississauga.ca:8000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/HRWPC_FC_EXEC call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.

Note

The termination occurred in system ECP with error code 403 and for the reason Forbidden.

The selected virtual host was 0 .

What can I do?

Please select a valid URL.

If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

Hi ,

Navigate to SICF - SAP - BC- GUI - SAP - ITS - Right Click on the service HRWPC_FC_EXEC and activate the same.

And refresh the browser and check the same, it should be working fine.

Hi Pramod

  We are also facing similar issue.

  But the service mentioned in the above post:  HRWPC_FC_EXEC is not working fine.

  We are getting javascript error.

  Can you please help.

Hi,

Check that iview is pointing to correct system. And you can check trace for that iview.
