Dear Sai,

if i understood correctly ur query then

you want particular storage location to be picked in MIGO while GR

then Go to MM02 , MRP - 2 View, for field Storage location EP

in this maintain storage location then Automatically this will be displayed in MIGO

You can also set default value of storage location at MIGO screen through settings choose default values.

Hi,

If the Storage location is maintained in PO, then the same Storage location will be defaulted while doing GR.

If there is no storage location maintained in PO and still you want to default the storage location means create a screen variant using transaction SHD0

Else maintain parameter LAG and the required location in the user parameter, the storage location values maintained in the user parameter will reflect in PO and the same will get defaulted while doing MIGO

If you maintan storage location in Purchase order then while you can get automatically.

no other option for default storage locaton

At time of GR, storage location is picked up automatically from PO, so need to input storage location at time of GR.

If you maintain the storage location in the P.O it will be defaulted when doing the GR process.

Hi Saiyaman,

I'm afraid that the functioanlity that you are looking for is not

available in the standard system.

If any storage location exists for a material/plant combination (MMSC)

you can receive the material into the storage location. If you only

want the material to be received into one storage location, you could

maintain only that location in the transaction MMSC and disallow the

automatic creation of locations during the goods receipt in IMG

transaction OMB3.

There is a user exit in Inventory Management that may also offer you

a solution. Please see enhancement MBCF0009 (EXIT_SAPMM07M_009).

With this exit, you can pre-select the storage location. Please note

however, that the enhancement cannot be used with the transaction

MIGO due to technical reasons. Please see the attached note 401354.

You can use the enhancement in the in the old transactions MB01, MBOA

etc.
