eMail Bursting - change sender

Hello experts,

how can the sender of an eMail Bursting (PDF attachments) be changed?

What user is used in order to create the sender information for the eMail that is send?

How can this user be changed?

Hi Angie,

The table RSRD_SETTING stores the broadcast setting info. The field OWNER will be the sender of the reports. Try changing the owner to the desired user.

the sender will be the user id creating the settings.If you change the sender , make sure that the user has sufficient authorization else you will get errors

The person who has created the setting will by default be the sender of the broadcasting report. You can either change it in RSRD_SETTING or login using id to which you want to change the sender and copy the existing setting to new one.
