Deleting a PR

Hi

I want to delete a PR.

I want to know whether setting Deletion indicator to the line item of the PR is sufficient to say that PR is deleted or what is the other way how we can delete a Purchase Requistion.

Please clarify me. Thanks.

Hi Aditya,

Beside using delete icon in PR, you also block that line item by going to ME52N, status tab - just give block by requester & save.

Mass maintenance can do via t/code MEMASSRQ - enter the PR list you wanted to delete.

Its enough for one line, but if you have more than one lines, then you need to delete all the lines for deleting the PR, or else only line item is deleted in PR, not the PR.

yes, that is sufficient.

Just set the deletion indicator for PR Line items. it will work.
