Hi,
When user ordering shopping cart, getting the following error message.
Enter a country for partner 0000xxxxxx (user BP) with type 'Goods Recipient'
Enter a country for partner 0000xxxxxx (user BP) with type 'Requester'.
But user BP has country code maintained in BP transaction.
How to resolve this error. Please suggest.
Regards
Prasad
Hi Prasad,
I have collected some information on this over the past while, it should help you resolve this issue quickly.
The user which is facing this issue when creating a SHC, was moved from
a different Organization, or was he transfered from backend ? So please
take a look in the note 1024258 from HR team.
About the note 1024258, it is available for your system, how it is
described in note, in the header of Code Correction. Please check
it:
this error message is caused by inconsistencies in address data.
There are entries missing in table BUT000, BUT100, BUT021_FS, BUT050
or ADCP.
When users become defective there is a number of reasons that can
account for this. There is a note 548862 (FAQ: EBP user administration)
that goes into detail on how to repair, delete and remake defective
users.
Also, just to clarify that even though note 550055 states that it
is for HR replication, alot of the notes are in fact essential for the
proper workings of the organisational structure. It is usually a case
that it is advised to apply all the relevant notes (relevant to your
system) included within 550055 incase of problems with users
within the organisational structure.
Please also see the attached note:
785802 PPOMA_BBP: 'Defective' users in EBP
597475: Repair users with inconsistent address data
419423: Repairing incorrect EBP users
502564: Correcting incorrect users
Note 597475 is also interesting
To fix the defective users, please check the note 597475, this note
suggests a report 'B_REPAIR_EBP_USER_2' to repair the users which are
inconsistent because of inconsistent address data. Please make sure
that you have checked the prerequisites in order run the report.
Please note that this is a consulting note.
Hope this helps,
Kind Regards,
Matthew

Hi Prasad
Execute HRALXSYNC for the CP of the requestor in SRM. It would show address and inconsistencies as red. check the BP number is generated or not. If the BP number is not generated, if you have active HR system for the HR replication, check the infotype 0006 and subtype 01 is populated. This will ensure the BP of the user has the address consistency.
