ITS Error - ITS_TEMPLATE_NOT_FOUND.

Hi,

We can log on to ITS Web browser and navigate the RF screens from main

menu but when we try going back to main menu by hitting cancel option,

it is taking back to HTTP 500 Internal Server Error (Which it says

RABAX_STATE Error Message that generated ABAP dump saying

ITS_TEMPLATE_NOT_FOUND)

Now my intention is to find a alternate solution for this error in OSS

Note without re-installing the ITS. Attached are the abap short dumps.

Please advise?

Hi,

There are many reason for tmeplate not found in SAP depend upon the relase and kernel version.

Pls share Dump , which will give some hint of Error as well as you can work on publishing the ITS as mentioned by ARUN in previous thread.

I believe the ITS is published when the system was installed. If not, what is the process to publish ITS? Below are the dumps of the ITS error we are having

What happened?

The ITS service "zitszlm00" failed since not template could be found for

the screen with the number 40 in the program "SAPMSYST".

The template was searched in the following ITS services:

"zitszlm00"

Note that for language-dependent templates the language is included

in the search.

What can you do?

Call transaction SE80 and choose the Internet service "zitszlm00". Check

if the template exists.

If the template exists in the service, publish the entire service

to the SITE INTERNAL.

Note down which actions and inputs caused the error.

To process the problem further, contact you SAP system

administrator.

Using Transaction ST22 for ABAP Dump Analysis, you can look

at and manage termination messages, and you can also

keep them for a long time.

Error analysis

As a test, you can set the service parameter ~generateDynpro = 1. The

system then generates the HTML page for this service without a template.

You can then at least see which screen was sent by the WebAs. Make sure

to reset the parameter to its original value.

How to correct the error

If the error occurs in a non-modified SAP template, you may

find a preliminary solution in the SAP Notes System.

If you have access to the SAP Notes System, start your search

using the following keywords:

Hi,

Seems like you have developed some customized z service. Did you publish that service as internal. From the error dump under section "What Can you do" is mentioned the same.

Please publish the sites as internal from program W3_publish_services using SE38 tcode.
