User Assignment to Business Partner

Hello guys,

Can some one tell me how to assign a user to a business partner.

I have created business partner of type org and person.And assigned BP type person to BP type Org.

Next thing required is to assign my user name to BP type person.

Hi Rahul,

Couple of things you need to keep in mind.

1. Create BP for Org / Vendor.

2. Create BP for Person with role "Internet User". This could be Supplier user or Customer User. In the Internet user, mention the SU01 user. This is the user with which you can log on to SNC web UI.

3. Go to "Relationships" button and assign "is SNC User of" to the Org / Vendor BP.

Hi Rahul,

Go to transaction BP enter your business partner as a person then click on relationship button then enter relationship to BP as your business partner as organization then click on create and save.

Now business a partner as a person is assign to business partner organization ,to assign user to Business partner as a person go to transaction BP go to General data select change BP role as internet user it will populate internet user tab enter your user name in <b>Internet user</b> and <b>User name</b> field saved.

Follow above steps to assign Business partner organization and user to your business partner as a person

Hi Rahul,

I know two ways to do this,

1) use T-code /n/sca/usrprtassign and directly give User & BP and execute.

2) In T-Code BP , search your User ID and on righthand side top , click on "Relationships", in Relationship cat Drop down select "TSCM001 is SNC user of" and put your BP in " Relationship to BP" and press "Create" then save.
