Negative stocks in planning

Hi friends,

We use negative stocks in our ERP system.We also use APO well integarted with ERP SAP r/3 system.

We see negative stock in our APO Pl book and Product view.

however Can i see negative stock in my receipt view? Although the rrp4 will only show me reciepts and negative cannot be

my receipts.

Can some one explian me the behaviour as it should ideally be?

Try the BADI /SAPAPO/RRP_IO_COL to modify your view in receipt view

to check negative stocks in rrp4

Hi SE,

Try mapping the key figure for stock as negative allowed.

(/sapapo/msdp_admin), double click on the planning area,

then in key figures tab, click on key figure selection, you

can find a column called negative not allowed.

Hi,

The standard SAP SNP/PPDS Planning Areas have all the Key figures negative allowed.

Therefore, you should be able see the negative figures.

Please check and confirm.

I will try and confirm however meanwhile would like to know allow to view stock in RRP4?
