8D report upload in QM Notification (QM01)

Please let me know how to upload 8d or Corrective action documents in Notification using DMS. Please guide me, we are having DMS functionality. Do we need to create Document info record and how to assign/upload related document every time I create a notification. QM notification is having a functionality for DMS link.

Hi Jaison,

1. Upload 8D report in CV01n transaction.

2. to assign QM notification as a object link, go to DC10 transaction and create a document type then go to define object link and there u can add this QM notification as a object link for the document type for 8D.

I am sure this will resolve the query.
