Download Manager - Error 403

Hi all,<p>

I have installed Jave JRE and SAP download manager<p>

Able to connect to my basket, and see the patch file I'm trying to get<p>

By clicking on to get the file downloaded, messages start to appear on the bottom status<p>

....connecting, .... redirecting, .... connecting again, ...redirecting again... then ...error 403 comes up.<p>

It keeps repeating the messages above and the file does not seems to be downloaded.<p>

I'm sure my setup, S username and password are all correct in Download manager, thus able to see 'my basket'.<p>

So whats the error 403 means? Do I miss something?<p>

Hope to hear some feedback from you guys, Thank you. <p>

PS: Is there any different between customer S username and partner S username?
